Falling in love with fall: Trends, Finds & Cozy Inspiration

Hello fall lovers! 🍂

There’s just something beautiful about this time of the year isn’t there? The leaves turn Golden, the air feels crisp, the lights shifts into that soft, cozy glow as the days get shorter.

Fall always makes me want to bring more warmth indoors— the kind of cozy that makes you want to curl up with a blanket, light a candle, and watch the world slow down outside your window. Atleast i will try! It is not as slow in our home though, with a 5 month old everything seems to be moving faster every week.

This season is full of inspiration, i’ve been diving into the latest trends, exploring what’s new in stores and Ofcourse i’ve picked out my absolute favourites that bring in those delicious fall vibes — think earthy tones, natural textures and cozy layers you just want to sink into.

So, grab your tea ( or coffee) snuggle up in a blanket and lets step into autumn together. 🍂☕️

Fall Interior Trends 2025

This season is all about warmth, comfort and connection to nature. Here are some of the trends I’m loving right now:

  • Earthy tones — Shades of brown, caramel and beige that make any space feel grounded.

  • Layered textures — knits, wool, linen fabrics, perfect for adding coziness and depth.

  • Natural touches — wooden furniture (always a classic), rattan baskets, stone details.

  • Soft lighting — Table lamps, candles ofcourse to create a moody snug atmosphere.

  • Nature inspired accents — Think forest greens (i do need to take a break from anything green though 😩 its becoming too much) rusty oranges, dried leaves as decor and dare i say animal print 👀

These trends are timeless honestly but also give you a chance to experiment with seasonal details that make you feel updated.

I’ve been browsing the latest arrivals and here is what cought my eye:

Mio

The perfect mixture of colors and soft textures for Autumn, i might just add a bow somwhere in the house!

H&M Home

Warm brown tones, checkered and stripped fabric, velvet and wool materials — such great details for this season

Ikea

I can smell the scents of vanilla and apple/ orange as i write this! The Höstagille collection at Ikea has these affordable beautiful pieces that add that little final touch of fall. Why not add some pumpkins to the mix🍂

There is more coming with the Ommjänge collection at the end of september i cannot wait to see what Ikea has in store for us!

My Favorite Fall Finds

Here are the pieces I’ve absolutely fallen for this season (and honestly want to bring home right away):

Bed covers in earthy colors is such a beautiful way to bring in the cozy Autumn in the bedroom, to style it i would add a throw at the end of the bed and a few warm pillows, to make the bedroom feel like a calm retreat.

This one is a timeless piece that works well in other seasons too — but oh dark wood has a place in my heart for the cozy dark seasons! To style it i would put candles on top, a plant and a table lamp.

Maybe for a little Autumn touch in the bathroom, bedside table or coffee table — the H&M brown mini bowl is a beautiful and clean way to add an accent storage in the autumn colors.

🍁 Cozy Styling Tips for Fall

If you want to bring the autumn magic home without a big makeover, here are some easy and affordable ideas:

• Layer different fabrics (blankets, pillows, rugs) in warm tones.

• Light candles in clusters for that golden fall glow.

• Add a basket with blankets near the sofa for instant coziness.

• Decorate with nature — branches, pinecones, or even mini pumpkins.
